1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items that are customized or personalized cannot be returned.

• Sale or discounted items
• Shirts, T-shirts, and items with hygiene seals
• Customized or personalized products

3. How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our customer service team at info@iuventussendan.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.
• Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the return address.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will credit your refund within 7-10 business days.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
• If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding the original shipping charges.

6. Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the preferred item.
• If you are eligible for a replacement (e.g., for a damaged or wrong product), we will dispatch the new product within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned item.
• The replacement will be delivered within 5–7 business days thereafter.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@iuventussendan.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the return shipping cost.
